An innovative recruitment firm is seeking a D365 F&O Team Lead to guide a dynamic team in a home-based role. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £70K and the opportunity to work with a growing global end user. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for coaching, managing, and motivating your team while ensuring successful F&O implementations. This role provides flexibility with home-based working, though occasional travel to the UK and Denmark offices may be required. Minimum 2-3 years of F&O experience required.

Pearson Carter is currently working with a Growing Global End User based out of the UK/Europe. They are looking to bring on board a D365 F&O Team Lead to come in to lead a small team of 3 people. They are looking for someone with strong F&O knowledge and proven experience.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £70K max depending on experience and 25 days holiday with home-based working!

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the team
Manage the team and pipeline as Head of Business Applications
Hands-on elements of F&O implementation
Support the team in delivering objectives
Demonstrate a strong understanding of D365

Experience

Manufacturing understanding (advantageous)
Minimum 2-3 years of F&O experience

Location: Home-based working. The Microsoft Dynamics F&O client has offices in the UK and Denmark. Please note, this is a home-based role, but travel to the UK and Denmark offices, as well as client sites, may be required.
