The Role

As a D365 CRM Solutions Architect, you will define overall migration architecture and approach. In this role you will lead the technical planning and roadmap creation and manage integrations with other systems. You will be part of TCS Business unit and Business Applications team, where you will work on D365 programs for customers across all industries and all geographies.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Define overall migration architecture and approach.
  2. Lead technical planning and roadmap creation.
  3. Manage integrations with other systems.
  4. Design and execute migration.
  5. Guide and mentor technical team members.
  6. Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system.
  7. Review and optimize system performance.
  8. Manage customization and configuration tasks end to end.
  9. Report progress to stakeholders and resolve issues.
  10. Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  1. Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
  2. Very high proficiency in technical and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  3. Proficient in CRM functional areas in Sales Automation, Field Service Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service management functionality.
  4. Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations, and Power Platform development.
  5. Extremely sound in Azure services, core .NET technology, Power Platform, and related areas Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, SQL Server.
  6. Sound in architecture/design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies.
  7. Expert in deployment aspects both manual and automated.
  8. Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills.
  9. Experience of working as CRM Solution Architect for at least 3 projects.
  10. Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
  11. Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a deep understanding of its various modules such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.

Good to have:

  1. Strong understanding and experience with Power Platform PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  2. Proficiency in reports development using Power BI, SSRS.
  3. Strong understanding and experience of peripheral skills like Azure landscape and Power Platform.
  4. Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.
