Job description

Role: D365 Functional Consultant
Location: Manchester
Style: Hybrid - 2 days onsite
Rate: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months (initially - view to extend)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, who can translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  2. Design CRM solutions and data models, providing input for data migration and integration.
  3. Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality solutions.
  4. Work collaboratively with offshore teams, stakeholders, and vendors as part of an implementation program.
  5. Assist testing and training teams by providing guidance on functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Strong product knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform.
  2. Experience in CRM implementations (at least two using Dynamics 365 CE Online).
  3. Ability to perform product fit/gap analysis and provide solutions leveraging D365 capabilities.
  4. Basic understanding of DevOps practices and Azure AD/O365/M365 integration.
  5. Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and within Agile methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  7. Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
