D365 CE Systems Developer – £60k - London

Job Purpose:
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration. They are looking for an experienced Systems Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be integral to the design, development, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, alongside integrating web solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, using PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with a talented and knowledgeable team of creatives, senior developers, and project managers to deliver technical solutions that drive business success.
  • Customize and integrate applications with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day maintenance, performance optimization, and improvements of systems in both test and production environments.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing support through detailed documentation and relevant procedures to ensure smooth system management.
  • Carry out recurring tasks like data maintenance for sales CRM to ensure ongoing operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Expertise in Power Automate and PowerApps development.
  • Strong knowledge of DataVerse, transforming business requirements into functional applications.
  • Experience with C#, .NET plugins, API integrations and connecting platforms using tools like Mulesoft, Integromat, or Zapier.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and strong initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience in web-based systems development and integration.
  • Knowledge of other MS Technologies or platforms used for system enhancements and updates.
  • A proactive, positive outlook with excellent organizational skills.

Package:
Salary between £45,000 - £60,000

Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 3-6% matched employer pension, raising up to 10% matched after 1 year, 25 days annual leave birthday off, Extra 1 day’s annual leave per year up to 5 years’ service, Bupa Cash Plan, Shares Scheme, Season Ticket Loan

Location:
Hybrid 3 days a week in office 2 days home working
