Opus have partnered with a leading innovator in the real estate sector dedicated to revolutionising the way we engage with properties and clients. They pride themselves on leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver outstanding service and solutions. They are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to help enhance their systems and drive their business forward.

Currently, they use D365 CE to help in streamlining lead management, tracking property sales opportunities, and managing customer interactions. It facilitates targeted marketing, event organization, and customer service improvement, while offering insights using analytics for better decision-making. However, they have identified other areas of the business that could benefit from upgrading their systems, so they need someone with strong Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules experience.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing modules. Ideally Field Service too.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, system configuration, customisation, and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working alongside Power Platform.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 CE are highly desirable.
