D365 CE Development Manager £70k – End User

Pearson Carter is partnered with a healthcare advisor that helps organisations improve internal healthcare standards. They are seeking a Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Development Manager to work closely with internal business stakeholders and work on continuing improvements of the system. This is a perfect role for a candidate with experience in a similar role with great communication.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, build, test and maintenance application services, ensuring the delivered services meet business requirements and user needs.
2. Deliver services that are automated, scalable, reliable and secure.
3. Collaborate with partners across functions to ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles and industry best practices, and meet the desired outcomes of the customers.
4. Manage and develop software engineering capability by providing technical leadership for the in-house team and external suppliers.

Experience

• D365 & Power Platform Lead Developer or Technical Lead experience
• Model Driven and Canvas Apps experience
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• C# .NET and JavaScript coding
• Azure including YAML pipelines
• Logic Apps
• PowerBI (good to have)
• Service Bus (good to have)
• PL-400 certification (good to have)
• Softer skills – Stakeholder management, strong communication

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £73k or £79k if within the M25 and depending on experience.

Location

This company has an office based in London where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, once a week to then decrease to once a week after the probationary period.
