D365 CE Business Analyst

Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Senior D365 CE Business Analyst to join a Dynamics 365 CRM End User who are market leaders in their sector. This flexible, Hybrid role provides the successful applicant the opportunity to play a pivotal role in their Dynamics CRM projects.

This role may also require occasional travel across Europe to client site.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identifying challenges and defining functional requirements.
2. Convert business needs into clear, detailed documentation such as user stories, business process flows and specifications.
3. Lead gap analysis to assess current business process and suggest suitable resolutions.
4. Configure and customise the apps where necessary.
5. Lead workshops & meetings with stakeholders to provide expert advice on D365 CE solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven track record working on end-to-end D365 CRM Projects.
2. Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and its core modules - experience with Field Service would be advantageous but not essential.
3. Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering and solution design.
4. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
