Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team and contribute to the implementation of a significant D365 BC project for a leading financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse functional requirements.
  • Design and document business processes and workflows.
  • Configure D365 BC to meet business requirements, including master data, workflows, and reports.
  • Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support.
  • Manage change effectively and communicate changes to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of D365 Business Central functional capabilities, especially in finance and operations modules.
  • Experience in implementing D365 BC solutions, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Experience working on complex, multinational projects.
  • Ability to work remotely and onsite in Warsaw as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications in D365 Business Central.
  • Experience with industry-specific solutions or add-ons for D365 BC.
