Cyber Security Training Manager

Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Training Manager to join their IT Security team. This is a permanent position in their Aberdeen office and can offer once a week working from home, so you do need to be in commuting distance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play an integral role in the delivery of Cyber Security awareness communications and training. You will design and deliver a range of training materials, including a cyber security awareness month, regular phishing awareness campaigns, and annual cyber security training.

You will also help to deliver a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) so ideally, you will have experience managing and implementing a BCMS.

Do you have?

1. Experience as an IT Trainer, including the planning, creation, and delivery of the materials
2. Experience running and managing phishing campaigns
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders and wide audiences - you will be speaking to people across the business, technical and non-technical
5. Confidence working both autonomously and as part of a wider team
6. A passion and understanding of Cyber Security
7. Experience implementing a BCMS is desirable
