Students can start the training with a deposit of around £190 and finance the remaining balance over 12 months interest-free. This means many students finish the courses and find a placement within the term of the finance agreement.

1. Step 1 - Accredited Online Training: Complete a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised courses from CompTIA, delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, practice labs, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study from home. You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor.
2. Step 2 - Practical Training: Gain practical experience using practice labs to practice and master what you have learned, giving you the confidence to be proficient in your first IT role.
3. Step 3 - Official Exams: Sit for the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ exams to obtain official certifications recognised worldwide.
4. Step 4 - IT Technician Placement: Ideally, you will need to gain two years’ experience in this role before progressing into a cybersecurity role. While working as an IT Technician, you will receive additional training to qualify you for the cybersecurity field.

Cybersecurity Role: After completing the mandatory training and gaining two plus years of experience in the IT industry, you will be ready to move into higher paying Cybersecurity roles.
