Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements
Identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission

Develop, maintain and leverage a network of Cyber Security professionals from both a client and candidate perspective
Identify opportunities for other Hamlyn Williams business units within your client base, and cross-sell our service offerings accordingly
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets
Experience Required:
An Entrepreneurial approach to recruitment
10-18 months 360 recruitment experience specifically in the Cyber security market would be desirable. Experience working in another Tech market essential as the transition will be a lot easier for you.
Able to demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
Clear and strong communication skills
The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of generating business and making placements
