“Security & Fraud are essential components in the development of industry specifications and programmes within the GSMA. This role will support security & fraud activities and drive external visibility of telco cybersecurity and fraud matters. The Role will be a core interface between the Security & Fraud team and the GSMA policy teams, facilitating the creation of robust global policy positions, to protect operator-deployed technology, infrastructure, customer identity, security and privacy. The role holder will enable internal alignment across Security, Policy and Regulatory teams. The individual will undertake outreach efforts and advocacy, engaging operators, key industry suppliers, and other ecosystem partners to strengthen mobile industry security and fraud resilience based on established policy positions.”

Reporting to GSMA’s Technical Security Director within the Security and Fraud team, the Security & Fraud Policy Liaison Manager will act as a key interface between the technical security & fraud team and the policy teams within GSMA, aligning security and fraud technical matters with policy topics.
