Cyber GRC Consultant / Cyber Project Manager
Permanent - £40k-£55k + benefits
Location: Hybrid - Portsmouth area

Your new company
You could be joining a relatively young cyber consultancy on the South Coast. They've been around a couple of years now, and due to continued success, they are looking to bolster their ranks with another Cyber GRC Consultant and a Cyber Security Project Manager. The company is part of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Your new role
The company has a number of different clients across the Defence, Government, and public sector. The business is looking to continue its growth and is seeking the right personalities to work with the existing team. They're looking for Cyber GRC Consultants who are strong with ISO27K, Cyber Essentials / Plus, and it would be an advantage if you have experience working with MOD processes such as Secure by Design and RMADs.

In the Project Manager role, they are looking for PMs with experience on the cyber and technical side. You will be managing and supporting a small team, so interpersonal skills are crucial and the ability to drive performance and project deadlines is key.

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical skills and strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of risks associated within the MOD/Government environments.
• Strong GRC experience and knowledge, ideally with Cyber Essentials/Plus / ISO27K.
• Experience managing and working with tight project deadlines.
• Strong drive and passion to continuously improve security knowledge and career.

What you'll get in return
This role is available for hybrid working with a typical requirement to work 1-3 days per week in the Portsmouth office depending on client needs. Good salary, between £40k and £55k depending on experience and skills.
