The role
The Cyber Awareness & Education Specialist will be joining an established team responsible for the implementation and delivery of strands of Awareness Activity e.g. Cyber Awareness month, Cyber Champions Groups, Events and Roadshows and the development of collateral.
Key responsibilities
- Produce collateral, awareness events and messages to a high quality and at pace for stakeholder business and functions to consume
- Design, develop and deliver information security presentations and communication materials
- Responsible for driving behavioural change through to senior leadership by deploying a Cyber Education and Awareness plan
- Plan, manage and maintain organisation-wide information security awareness projects, events and campaigns
- Produce project and delivery plans
- Manage the project and milestones against plan
- Maintain Digital & Cyber comms channels e.g. intranet site
- Manage Campaign and Event Management Planning
- Work with Key stakeholders within the bank
- Deliver high quality product within budget and to timescales
Skills and experience
- A proven track record of delivering successful awareness campaigns to drive behavioural change
- Campaign and Event Management and planning
- SharePoint Development and Management
- Graphic Design desirable but not essential
- Skilled in content creation
- Good understanding of Risk, especially regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of and maintains knowledge of evolving Cyber threat landscape
- Driving traffic to Hub – Socialisation of key messages
- Competent Cyber knowledge
