Job Title: Cyber Analysis Professional

Location: Cheltenham

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to have DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum will be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

What you'll do:

1. Utilise your analysis skills daily and leverage your passion for problem solving to generate and share intelligence relating to complex and critical events.
2. Build trusting and long-lasting relationships with key customers to enable you to understand and contribute to their purpose.
3. Assist on the design and delivery of world-class analytics and capabilities.
4. Continually seek opportunities both internally and externally to improve our capabilities.

What you'll bring:

1. Be a passionate, self-driven individual willing to learn new analytical techniques working both independently and as part of a team.
2. Demonstrate brilliant problem-solving ability and a logical mindset.
3. Be adaptable and willing to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and events.
4. Have experience working in a cyber security or investigative profession.
5. Have knowledge of network protocols and can interpret network event data.
6. Have data science experience.
7. Have used Spark or SQL to write scalable analytics.
8. Have written analytical reports and helped communicate findings to a variety of customers.
