Your Role

Your role is to support all administrative activities within the Customs Department to enable the servicing of internal stakeholders and external customers. A significant aspect of this role is working to contractual terms with a range of customers.

Your Responsibilities

Preparation and presentation of Import/Export Customs Documentation.
Provide high quality customer service to both internal stakeholders & our Customers.
Control and distribution of all relevant documentation.
Resolution of Customer queries/issues via email and telephone/root cause analysis, corrective & preventative actions.
Work within Customer SOPs.
Mailbox Management - incoming entry requests/other incoming communications.
Perform data validity check.
Escalate deviations to SOP to External Customs Manager.

Your Skills and Experiences

Experience in customs and good understanding of customs procedures.
Experience in a customer facing role.
Comprehensive computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Good problem solving skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
High level attention to detail.
