CUSTOMS CLERK FREIGHT

We are recruiting for a leading freight forwarder local to Heathrow seeking a Customs Clerk to join their team.

The Customs Operator will be responsible for the clearance of freight, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires detailed knowledge of customs processes, excellent data management skills, and effective communication.

Daily Duties Will Include:

• Ensure customs process for Import and Export shipments
• Input customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system
• Track and Trace customs files
• Assist with compliance and verification
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Generate invoices and VAT

Must have at least 6 months+ experience in Freight Forwarding.

Advantage if you have experience using Cargowise.

• Day shift 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift
• After probation can work hybrid
