Job Title – Onboarding Support Specialist – Italian Speaking

Location – Central London – Hybrid 3 Days in Office Per Week

Pay Rate – £108.00 – £118.00 Per Day PAYE

Contract Duration – 9 Months – flex to go perm/extension.

My client, a global e-commerce company, is looking for an Italian speaking Onboarding Support Specialist to support and onboard Italian customers as well as improve onboarding processes. You will be directly responsible for impacting a customer’s first experience of working with our business, working to KPIs that directly measure customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support directly and indirectly (partnering with the sales team) throughout the customer’s onboarding journey.
  2. Allow clients to start shipping within Italy.
