Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions, and admin function. Full-time Monday to Friday role, located in Templestowe.

Role requirements and responsibilities:

  • Based @ Templestowe Grove Care Community
  • Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
  • Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
  • Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
  • Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
  • Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
  • Reception and other administration duties where required
