Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Full time Monday to Friday, supporting three of our care communities located in Kew and Camberwell.

Role requirements and responsibilities:

• Based @ Kew and Camberwell.
• Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome.
• Management of customer enquiries and conduction of site tours.
• Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
• Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.
• Monitoring service standards and customer feedback.
• Reception and other administration duties where required.
