In the role, you will oversee and develop the customer support strategy, managing both outsourced first-line support and in-house second-line support. You will implement industry-leading technologies, streamline operations, and establish a data-driven approach to continuously improve customer satisfaction. You will also handle high-level escalations, driving resolutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with operations, marketing, and sales, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer journey, reducing churn, and strengthening brand loyalty.
