Customer Support Manager
Telford office based
Monday - Friday

Are you a whizz with Excel, have excellent communication skills, experienced in FMCG Customer Services and want to work for a global organisation where you'll be valued, given excellent training, great benefits and prospects? If the answer is yes, read on.

Your objective will be to build customer category insight presentations and provide the Sales team & customer with excellent analysis and information.

Duties
  1. Coordinate & execute Product Development launches internally and externally within budget and on time
  2. Deliver plans to optimise performance in line with agreed budgets
  3. Create & deliver product landscape reviews and build action plans
  4. Create & deliver category insight plans for customers
  5. Manage customer complaints effectively
  6. Develop & prepare presentations for customers, product meetings and trade fairs
  7. Participate in the tender process with the Sales team
  8. Support customer audits and lead the delivery of follow up action
  9. Support with forecasting, costing process, stock management and sales analysis internally

Essential for this role
  1. Previous marketing / product development experience within a FMCG organisation
  2. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  3. Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
  5. Good English business skills
  6. Excellent project management skills
