The Customer Support Apprenticeship Programme:
Your apprenticeship will follow a structured Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. You will also spend time in other departments on placement rotations to support your individual training needs according to your Development Plan. This qualification will provide you with practical skills in various customer-focused business administration topics, including project management and relationship management.

What do I need?
You will have a keen interest in science and engineering and demonstrate a methodical and thorough approach to work. You will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. The role requires a motivated, hardworking individual with excellent planning and organizational skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently will be key to your success. Successful candidates will need to have achieved, or expect to achieve, at least 5 GCSEs, including Math and English, Grade A-C or 5-9, Science, and a technology subject.
Time will be shared between the Safran Landing Systems Services site and the Training Provider's site, both located in Gloucester.
