The Customer Support Apprenticeship Programme:
As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete:
What will I be doing?
• Dealing with internal and external customers providing product knowledge and support to investigate and solve in-service issues with airlines and operators.
• Producing, reviewing, and updating technical documentation to support air framers for various products.
• Forecasting spares demand using statistical analysis and integrating market intelligence into the forecast.
• Completing in-depth data analysis to identify areas of concern and propose recommendations for improvement.
This will enable you to develop an excellent foundation in the Customer Support Centre. As a valued team member, your knowledge and skills will assist in our continuous improvement programme, ensuring customer support throughout the product life cycle.
You will have a keen interest in science and engineering and be able to demonstrate a methodical and thorough approach to work. You will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. A motivated, hardworking individual with excellent planning and organisational skills is essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Successful candidates will need to have achieved, or expect to achieve at least 5 GCSE's - including Math and English - Grade A-C or 5-9, Science, and a technology subject.
Time shared between the Safran Landing Systems Services site and the Training Provider's site, both located in Gloucester.
