dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag, and Travel Republic.

We are now recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Air Operations Team at our bright, modern office in Leyland.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to advise of any airline changes to their reservations. This could be airline schedule changes, air fare/tax changes, changes to ticketing deadlines, baggage allowances, or in-flight meals. You will be updating these changes, re-issuing documents, and making any amendments to the customer’s itinerary as a knock-on effect of the change.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days over 7.

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering a quality service
  • IT literate
  • Travel industry/GDS experience – desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
