Job Description:

• Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects (i.e., replenishment, transport, and warehouse).
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implementation, follow-up, and contribution to project management of solutions for customer requirements.
• Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers (i.e., Orders, Confirmations, etc.).
• Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitoring stock levels and proactive follow-up of discrepancies.
• Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain.
• Suggest process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.
• Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Education Bachelor in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Related Field.
• Customer Oriented.
• Structured and organised.
• Communication and Presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Able to Multitask and be Flexible.
• Interest in Engineering, Innovation, and/or the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
• Interest in digitalization and automation tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, PowerBI).
