This is a key role, based in London and you will be responsible for guiding our customers in getting the most out of their enterprise risk management system.

This role will suit those who have worked with customers with complex system integration in a SaaS environment preferably from a risk or cyber background. Our role is fast-paced, and no two days will be the same and has a strong focus on sales – upsell and cross-sell.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  1. You are an Account Manager who genuinely loves what you do with experience in the risk and/or SaaS space. Must have a genuine interest in GRC.
  2. You are passionate about sales and customer experiences. In this role, you will manage several accounts across EMEA, develop strong relationships with key users and stakeholders, and create and implement growth plans.
  3. You are skilled and experienced in account management and/or sales.
  4. You come with an understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management, and cyber security.
  5. You are great with systems and have previous experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with an understanding of complex integration.
  6. Problem-solving is your thing. You can think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve.
  7. You are a real people person, who has experience in sales and has a drive for achieving results.
  8. You are highly organised and solutions-focused.
  9. Exposure to Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.
  10. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience.
