THE ROLE

Owing to the exceptional growth of their event series, this business is now looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and deliver client campaigns, ensuring both success and satisfaction of customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with sales, editorial, and production to build a schedule of activity for each client
  • Working with each client to manage the execution of their activity throughout the campaign
  • Co-ordination of sponsor content including programme sessions, editorial, webcasts, and round tables
  • Working with Corporate Members to build their involvement in content across editorial and both physical and digital events
  • Creating and driving customer success improvement plans
  • Attending physical events to work with clients onsite to manage their experience
  • Oversee the management, delivery, and execution of commercial content projects
  • Ensure content quality, creative execution, and commercial success of partner campaigns
  • Benchmarking campaign success and client satisfaction
  • Effectively supporting commercial, editorial, and production teams
  • Help to grow and nurture social media accounts
  • Create robust processes to manage all aspects of client delivery
  • Managing client queries and escalating where necessary

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Customer Success Manager role, you must come with experience working within an events and media business and have excellent customer servicing skills.

You will naturally be a people's person, organised, and have the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects at one time.
