They are expanding in the region and are seeking a new Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team in their Melbourne or Sydney office.
Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with high-value enterprise clients, supporting their experience with products and services, achieving account growth (upsell), and retaining the license long-term (renewal).
