Your New Company

An exciting opportunity with a global SaaS company. Established in APAC 10 years ago, they are in a high growth phase and are now a market leader in their space. They are expanding in the region and are seeking a new Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team in their Melbourne or Sydney office.

Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with high-value enterprise clients, supporting their experience with products and services, achieving account growth (upsell), and retaining the license long-term (renewal).

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Multiple years proven success in a Customer Success Manager role
  • Experience managing Enterprise accounts
  • Experience achieving account growth targets
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite across an Enterprise-level client base.
