Job Description:
Fantastic opportunity to join a true disruptor within the customer data / marketing personalisation industry as part of their growing Customer Success team.
The Company:
Unified Data Marketing and Insight platform with the ability to consolidate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for some of the biggest brands in the world.
The Role:
First Customer Success hire for the UK team, joining an established team across EMEA.
Creating insights to influence customer strategy, and drive platform success.
Manage a broad portfolio of well-known global names.
Internal and external stakeholder management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Account Management or Customer Success experience within the AdTech/analytics SaaS industry.
4 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
Data-savvy, confident in analyzing data sets to create custom insights.
Understanding of retail media / broadcast media desirable, but not essential.
