Fantastic opportunity to join a true disruptor within the customer data / marketing personalisation industry as part of their growing Customer Success team.

The Company:

Unified Data Marketing and Insight platform with the ability to consolidate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for some of the biggest brands in the world.

The Role:

  • First Customer Success hire for the UK team, joining an established team across EMEA.
  • Creating insights to influence customer strategy, and drive platform success.
  • Manage a broad portfolio of well-known global names.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Account Management or Customer Success experience within the AdTech/analytics SaaS industry.
  • 4 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
  • Data-savvy, confident in analyzing data sets to create custom insights.
  • Understanding of retail media / broadcast media desirable, but not essential.
