My client is an established SaaS solutions business in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Job Description

As Customer Success Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the customer base.
  • Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer product usage.
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and customer growth.
  • Provide feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Success Manager should have:

  • Proven customer success/account management experience selling SaaS.
  • Experience selling software into any or all of the following would be desirable but not essential; food and drink manufacturers, retail brand partners, medical and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Proven track record of growing existing customer and retention of accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Must be able to commute to an office in East Yorkshire.

What's on Offer

£45-60k basic salary DOE + 40-50% OTE + car allowance.
