  • Handle, categorize, and respond to customer questions about the platform.
  • Provide professional and technical assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage customer requests efficiently for quick resolutions.
  • Educate and train customers to maximize the use of the software.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Embody the company vision and passionately represent the platform.

What You Bring:

  • Degree or training in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in a technical or customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Support, or Product Management).
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience in SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Structured, proactive work approach with a high level of initiative.
  • Fluent in German and English.
