Clients are the lifeblood of Emarsys and the Client Success Intern is responsible for the Satisfaction, Retention and Growth of those Clients. The Client Success Intern will help turn our Clients into Emarsys advocates by understanding the Clients goals and demonstrating how our technology and services can drive business results.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Independent creation of marketing analyses and reports for customer meetings, to encourage the retention of existing customers and the attainment of new clients.
  2. Preparing marketing materials and proposals to assist on quarterly business review presentation.
  3. Salesforce CRM operational maintenance and hygiene.
  4. Work in and with our B2C Marketing Software – campaign + automation production.
  5. Conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys (Net Promotor Score- NPS calls) regularly to existing clients to collect feedback and assist in renewals processes.
  6. Assist in organizing marketing events e.g. Evolution, Client Dinners, Webinars, Awards (ORIAS, NORA, Which 50).
  7. Assist in content production for case studies and press releases.
  8. Assist in social media marketing.
  9. Online research of information, e.g. market analysis, benchmarking, etc.
  10. Opportunity to shadow Client Meetings and commercial proposal building. Working closely with the CSMs and Client Success Director and Customer Growth Director.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Passion for technology, e-commerce, marketing and all things digital.
  2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Passion to learn and the ability to grasp quickly.
  4. Great communication skills; both written and verbal.
  5. Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a good level of competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Salesforce, etc.
