Senior Client Success Manager – IT Managed Services

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic + £18,000 OTE

A dynamic and growing IT Managed Services Provider is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join their London-based team. Serving a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, this company is dedicated to empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Role

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships. You will:

  1. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the evolving tech landscape.
  2. Develop and present IT solutions that drive business transformation.
  3. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  4. Lead strategy meetings, service reviews, and project discussions.
  5. Take ownership of a sales target and drive revenue growth.
  6. Work collaboratively with technical teams to scope and deliver high-quality proposals.
