This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading global software solutions business that provides market leading construction software solutions. Boasting some excellent clients within the AECO sector, this company is seeking a Customer Success Manager who is very focused and customer driven! The ideal candidate will be responsible for client adoption and onboarding, ‘churn mitigation’, relationship building, and retention. Inheriting between 35-40 accounts initially, which will rise to a maximum of 50, the accounts will be a mix of both mid-sized customers as well as large, enterprise clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board and grow with a super company that is seeking a professional who will play an integral part of the company’s growth and in return will be rewarded handsomely.
Candidate skills required:
– 2-5 years customer success/account management SaaS experience
– Knowledge of the construction industry
– A stable career record
