We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionising compliance management.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key advisor for our customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, driving platform adoption, and delivering exceptional experiences. This role is all about building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  2. Drive retention, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
  3. Guide smooth onboarding and provide tailored coaching.
  4. Deliver training sessions to maximise engagement.
