The Job Role:

We are so delighted to be representing our client as their brilliant business continues to go from strength-to-strength. This is a truly exciting time to be joining our client's business, and a real opportunity for an experienced, and driven Customer Success Executive to develop their career further. Our client is future-focused, and as such are recruiting two Customer Success Executives to join their team to enhance the business and their customer's journey further.

We are looking to speak to experienced Customer Success Executives who are passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience. We are looking for super-communicators; candidates who have exceptional interpersonal skills, love problem-solving and are confident building relationships with internal teams, and customers. This role will heavily support sales within the business and is therefore a pivotal position.

This role will be fast-paced, varied, and will involve working across the entire business. Typical duties and responsibilities will include the following:
  1. Providing quotations to new and existing customers
  2. Providing stock and price information to customers
  3. Processing customer orders using the in-house CRM system
  4. Updating and managing stock using internal systems
  5. Managing contract renewals and agreements
  6. Handling enquiries received from customers via telephone and email ensuring all are responded to in a timely fashion
  7. Enhancing customer relations by keeping in regular contact with them
  8. Accurately maintaining all internal CRM systems, ensuring customer, order, stock and pricing information is accurate and up to date
  9. Positively working across internal teams
  10. Building strong relationships and ensuring all customers feel valued and supported at all times
  11. Reviewing customer feedback, addressing any problems efficiently

We would love to hear from candidates who already have exceptional customer service skills and are experienced in the following:
  • Strong relationship management skills; confident building relationships with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills; whether it's via telephone or email, we are looking to speak to candidates who truly value first-class communication
  • Highly organised and able to juggle a varied and fast-paced role
  • Confidence in IT; our client uses a range of CRM systems, whilst training will be provided we are looking to speak to candidates who are able to pick up systems quickly

  • Strong supply-chain knowledge
  • Ability to pick up product knowledge quickly
  • Candidates who have a background within IT, and cloud support will be at a real advantage
