Purpose of the Job

As Customer Success Executive, you'll be supporting our sales team in the day to day administration of the department working closely with the Head of Customer Success and sales team. The role will require someone who is organised and has excellent time management. The role will include tasks such as database management and client account management – which will include liaising directly with some of the largest law firms across 130 countries.

The candidate will also need to:

  • liaise between sales and other departments (production & editorial)
  • communicate directly with our clients (lawyers and senior marketing contacts)
  • create reports and follow up administration systems.
  • assist the team development by researching new client opportunities via email and telephone/research campaigns

Knowledge, Experience & Skills required

  • Previous experience in customer success or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
  • The successful candidate will be a highly organised and driven individual who is keen to take the initiative
  • Systems literacy and excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal (Teams and phone)
  • Accuracy in the recording of client information is fundamental to what we do

Working arrangements: 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
