Your Role: Customer Success Director (Performance-Based Compensation)

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) is a plus but not required
