Location: Various Sites across Sussex | Must Have Driving Licence | Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Are you a people person with strong communication skills? We're looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to engage with residents while maintenance work is carried out. This role is a mix of office and on-site work, requiring frequent travel between properties.

What You'll Do:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling queries and complaints.
  2. Arrange appointments and keep residents informed of work schedules.
What You'll Need:
  1. Customer service experience (CSR background not essential).
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to adapt and engage with different people.
  4. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
