THE ROLE

The Customer Services team are responsible for the day to day operational tasks in order handling to ensure first class customer service.

The Customer Services Representative provides a key interface between the company and our external customers. As a member of our multi skilled team you must be passionate about meeting and exceeding customer's expectations! The work is fast paced, and you will handle a large amount of high value orders on a daily basis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

  1. Responsibility for all aspects of order capture via email and EDI.
  2. Building excellent collaborative relationships with both customers and the sales team.
  3. Liaising effectively with contacts across the total supply chain.
  4. Resolving customer and sales team queries in a timely manner, processing credits, debits and returns as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  1. Should have been actively involved in customer service or customer facing roles within the past 5 years.
  2. Is passionate about Wella brands and demonstrates desire to develop further in this field.
  3. Shows a strong sense of individual accountability and is able to work with autonomy.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage cross functional relationships.
  5. Strong MS Office competency and previous experience with systems (ERP, CRM, SAP etc.) is essential.
  6. Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Can multitask, have good time management skills and are a continuous learner.
  8. Is credible and confident to talk about our products/services.

  1. A high level of organisation.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Drives a winning team mentality.
