Post Title: Customer Services Officer
Location: Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £30,266.60 - £33,579.00 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Administration and analysis of Complaints, FOI, Data Protection and Ombudsman enquiries received by the Customer Resolution & Improvement Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Care training and development issues.
  • Assist with ongoing customer engagement and consultation work.
