Job description

Customer Services & Administrator
This is a temporary position with an Immediate start.

Location: Southampton

Hours: Full time Permanent, Monday to Friday 0830-1630.

Salary: £13.00- £13.50 per hour


Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Southampton.

Due to growth plans, our client is looking for an Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis. There is a potential opportunity for someone to remain permanently with the organisation thereafter.

As a Customer Service & Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Scheduling in appointments via telephone and by letter
  2. Setting up new customers on the internal system with accuracy
  3. Compiling site survey reports and audits
  4. Supporting with building plans and drawings using Microsoft Word, Visio
  5. Updating online databases with legal information
  6. Assisting with general enquiries via email and on the telephone
  7. Working to deadlines and SLA agreements
  8. Responding to emails with professionalism
  9. Liaising with customers/suppliers as required to coordinate work being completed and managing any issues.
  10. Completing general administration

The ideal Customer Service Executive & Administrator will have / be:

  1. Excellent telephone skills and experience
  2. Good communication skills and experience
  3. Good administration skills and experience
  4. Fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  5. Able to pick up systems quickly
  6. Adaptable to change
