The salary for this position is up to £25,000 per annum.

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday, working rotating shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12.30pm
Hybrid working after training (Typically 9 months) - work from home 80% of the time!

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Underwriter:
Providing exceptional service to customers by dealing with requests about customer policy, insurance renewals, and mid-term adjustments
Interacting via live chat as well as through telephone calls
Considering customers' requirements and developing long-lasting relationships by building rapport
Actively responding to customers and going above and beyond to help them
Working as part of a great team!
Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Underwriter:
Experience in a customer service role
Great communication skills with a friendly and approachable telephone manner
Customer-focused, with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated but a great team player
Ability to make rational and logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Determination to always achieve high quality, even when challenged and working under pressure
