As our Customer Services Team Leader, you'll play a starring role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our tenants in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. You'll take a leading role in helping Two Rivers deliver human-centric and personalised services to our tenants and ensure we are effortless and straightforward with our tenant enquiries.
You will be passionate about caring for our tenants' experiences of our services and aiming to get things right the first time! You'll lead and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our tenants. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team provides timely, empathetic, and personalised resolutions to tenant enquiries. You will also have the opportunity to shape and implement service improvements, working closely with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and experience.
