As our Customer Services Team Leader, you'll play a starring role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our tenants in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. You'll take a leading role in helping Two Rivers deliver human-centric and personalised services to our tenants and ensure we are effortless and straightforward with our tenant enquiries.

What You'll Bring To Our Team

You will be passionate about caring for our tenants' experiences of our services and aiming to get things right the first time! You'll lead and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our tenants. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team provides timely, empathetic, and personalised resolutions to tenant enquiries. You will also have the opportunity to shape and implement service improvements, working closely with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and experience.

What We're Looking For
  1. Experience in delivering exceptional customer experience, ideally in contact centre services and multi-channel communication.
  2. Someone with the drive to deliver our ambitions and plans to deliver seamless and responsive contact channels for our customers.
  3. A skilled communicator who can tailor their approach to all stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a pressurised environment and juggle priorities.
  5. Professional, approachable, and accessible to colleagues and customers.
