We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Experience Lead to join a global luxury automotive manufacturer, selling an award-winning range of premium cars.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and customer centric experience for their clientele. You will be the face of the brand and ensure current and potential customers know about the Brand difference, ensuring that you present their product and services, including the technology, features and benefits to ensure a unique sales experience. You will be passionate about cars and take pride in working for an exciting premium luxury automotive brand.
