We are working on behalf of a company in Kent who is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor.
6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
The company uses AXAPTA, but full training on this will be given.
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.
We're on the lookout for a fantastic Customer Service & Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with people over the telephone and who will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and providing information about the company's products, pricing, and delivery information to our customer base. Self-motivated with a positive approach, they will support our external sales team as an internal point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and expectations are met. In this varied role, they will process orders and price enquiries, pro-actively follow up on open quotations, and be on hand to resolve customer concerns ensuring that all details are accurately recorded.
