Their services, encompassing seamless airport experiences, security enhancements, and premium hospitality access, are designed to simplify complex travel ecosystems through intuitive and elegant applications.

Your Mission:

  1. Tackle complaints head-on with fast, fair resolutions.
  2. Dig into escalations, team up internally, and fix issues for good.
  3. Track every move to keep us sharp and compliant.
  4. Spot trends and push for a better customer journey.

The Deal:
Hybrid gig—2 days in Altrincham, 3 days remote. Must speak Portuguese and English fluently. Up to £27,500, 26 days off, healthcare, and yearly pay reviews.
