The position :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join a small, friendly and collaborative team responsible for all general customer service assistance to our Queensland and New South Wales customer base.

Tasks include :

  • Provide customer service to our existing customer base
  • Assist customers with their order placement and enquiries
  • Processing orders via phone and email
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Completing daily call cycle to regular customer base
  • Contact customers via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries (e.g. customer queries; delivery allocations; proof of delivery)
  • Completing orders via our data system for our Accounts department to invoice
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service
  • Assist with all general office duties to ensure efficiency
  • Work autonomously and as a part of a small committed team

The successful candidate :

  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
  • The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
  • Good levels of computer and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • A positive and friendly demeanor with an excellent phone manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise work with excellent time management skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress skills
  • Experience in data management systems (highly desirable however training will be provided)
