iTalent Digital is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Technology Practice Group. This is a Hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days in the central London office per week, which may increase to a minimum of 2 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to cultivate skills and domain expertise.

The selected individual will be instrumental in helping us deliver excellence to our marquee Fortune 500 accounts, joining a family of other SMEs specialized in this sector.

You will interact closely with our iTalent Practice Directors, who will partner with you to provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

We are looking for a customer-focused, positive Customer Service Representative who can take full ownership of assigned customer queries and deliver prompt resolutions:

  • Handle shipping-related customer queries using Email, Chat, and Phone within service-level agreements (SLA).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (inventory/export) and external partners (carriers, warehouses) to resolve shipment issues effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve lost or damaged package claims, managing escalations with couriers and customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK. The position does not provide sponsorship.

Required qualifications and skills

  • 2 - 3 years of customer service experience with solid knowledge of logistics/shipping.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to perform well under pressure, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with multi-functional teams.
  • A-Level or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Solid Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with shipping, warehousing, carriers, forwarders, and reverse logistics.
